旅先や仕事先の万一の故障やトラブルにも、お電話1本いただくだけでサービスセンターの専門スタッフが24時間365日対応。 トラブル対処方法などのアドバイスや故障現場での緊急修理、指定サービス工場へのレッカー、さらに代替交通機関や宿泊手配などのサービスを実施。 いつでもどこでも大きな安心をお届けします。
入会費、登録料などは一切不要です。

適応対象

キャデラック正規ディーラーにて新車登録されたキャデラック全車種
キャデラック正規ディーラーから新車登録と同時にサービス センターへ登録され、サービスが開始されます。

●  適用ドライバー

当サービスは車両に適用されるため、オーナーだけでなくご家族など、適用車を運転するすべてのドライバーの方がご利用できます。

●  有効期間

新車登録日から3年間または10万kmのいずれか最初に到達した時点まで。

●  サポート対象エリア

一部離島を除く、日本全国が対象です。

サポート内容

●  初期アドバイス

お車の操作方法や応急措置、対処方法などを、電話にてアドバイスいたします。

●  現場での応急措置*1

簡単な修理、応急処置など、その場で可能な範囲の措置をいたします。

●  メッセージ サービス

事故の際の保険会社への連絡など、緊急を要する連絡やメッセージをお受けします。

●  車両の牽引・修理*1

その場での修理が不可能と判断した場合、レッカー車でお車を牽引し、修理を行ないます。

●  代替交通機関・宿泊先の手配*2

トラブルの発生した時刻や場所、内容によって、ご要望があれば手配いたします。
