HOMEタブでは、主に以下の機能が利用できます。

アカウント タブ


車載書類を確認しなくても、登録番号などの車両情報が一目で確認できますので、おクルマから離れているときでも登録ナンバーが判ります。加えて有償のサービスプログラムご加入中の方は、そのプログラム名と期限が表示されます。また、ここマイガレージには、安全に関わるリコールが発生した場合、いち早くお知らせが届きます。ご担当のキャデラック販売店の住所/電話番号/地図もご覧いただけるタブもご用意しています。

サービス タブ


面倒な電話での予約を解消できるご来店予約機能が付いていますので、ご担当キャデラック販売店の営業時間や定休日を気にせずご希望日時を送信可能です。(営業時間内にご担当キャデラック販売店より折り返しご返信致します)また、メンテナンスケアご加入者の方はmyCadillac登録後に入庫いただいた点検/車検/リコールの実施履歴をご覧いただけます。

メッセージボックス タブ


アシスト24 緊急事故連絡の際に必要に応じて静止画をお送りいただけます。GMジャパン・カスタマーサポートセンターへお問い合わせいただけます。(ご対応可能時間9:00-18:00 年中無休)ご担当キャデラック販売店とのメッセージのやりとりが可能です。また、やりとりの履歴が残ります。カタログご送付やご試乗、お見積などのご希望をこの画面からご担当キャデラック販売店にお送りいただけますので、優先的にご対応させていただきます。

オーナーガイド タブ


お客様を不安にさせがちな、警告灯の意味、警告灯が点灯した際の対処方法が簡単に確認できますので万が一の際にも安心です。さらに、おクルマの操作方法や機能についてご不明な箇所について取扱説明書ダウンロードや動画でサポートし、冊子を手に取っていただく手間を省いています。
